What makes LUCA different to other design agencies?

We’re small scale and hands on. This means that you work directly with your designer and the work does not have to go through an internal approval process first - all the approving is done by you! This results in a shorter lead time and a more personalized experience.


How do you handle payments?

Usually, we require a 50% deposit for the project to start. The outstanding amount will be due upon the completion of the project. We understand that design and marketing is a big investment, so we do offer payment plans. If you are interested, please get in touch. 


How long will my project take?

That is dependent on the size of the project. But, usually our turnaround time is about 3-5 working days.

How much will my project cost? 

Each business is unique which means each project’s costs are as well. However, if you are a retainer client you have a fixed cost every month.


If I’m a retainer client, what happens if I do not use up all the design hours in one month?

All retainer client hours are transferable for 1 month. So if you do not use all the hours this month, it will be carried over to the next month but then fall away.


How can we get hold of you?

You can send an email to info@lucacreative.com whenever you want to chat. Although we try to respond to every client as quickly as possible, we only respond within working hours; 8:00-17:00 weekdays.


When can we start? 

We’re typically booked full about a month in advance, so contact us as soon as possible and we’ll set a start date. That being said, exceptions can always be made for emergencies.
